“1. Make the maintenance more efficient. It’s been a month since the warranty started and I still can’t get anyone to come and fix it. 2. Improve the soundproofing. The train noise is way too loud when it passes by. 3. Lower the rent. Paying clearly isn’t worth it at £260 a week. 4. Upgrade the building’s infrastructure. I couldn’t use the heating all winter. On average it breaks every couple of days, and then it takes another three days before repairs happen. So in the end, I’m only getting about two days of heating each week.”
