“There are a couple of things that could be better, mainly keeping the flats and rooms in good shape. The building is pretty old, so it really feels like it needs a lot of renovations. They also should look after the doors and walls more closely, since they keep getting damaged.”

“Repairs can take forever, and the apartments aren't really inspected before you move in. For example, our fridge was already broken. On top of that, the noise is pretty rough, and there are rats hanging around near the main bins.”

“For apartments with more than four people, the kitchen feels a bit small and could use a little more space.”
