“Make sure you tell the residents that there will be noisy construction going on next door every single day for the next 18 months. On top of that, the living spaces could be a lot nicer because those chairs are really uncomfortable and pretty awful.”

“As mentioned before, recycling is being handled, and alongside that there’s a more consistent bin pickup schedule. The smell on the ground floor can get pretty strong and really unpleasant, so this helps a lot.”

“I don’t really know many people here, and the WiFi keeps cutting out. The biggest problem, though, is the laundry. There aren’t enough washing machines, and they only accept cash.”

“Having social events and opportunities inside the accommodation is really limited, mostly because it is set up as studios. The local area is mainly studios too, so students do not have many options, which means there is little chance to meet people. It would be great if there were more ways to build interaction within the building itself.”
