“The place itself is decent, but I don’t really feel much of a community in my halls. The food could be better, the cleaners should come more quickly, and there should be more events.”

“It should offer help for specific issues, where you can set up a meeting to go over everything in detail, and the staff should really go above and beyond to try to get it sorted.
