“The building’s maintenance really needs work. For weeks, the front door was broken, so anyone could just walk in. Then one morning, a homeless man was inside, moving around the floors, and it was genuinely scary for the residents here. It all seemed to happen because the front door stopped locking properly.”

“I’d love a bit more cooking space and a few extra shelves in the kitchen area. The internet also feels a little slow sometimes, since the connection drops occasionally. As I mentioned before, the entrance should have high quality security locks.”

“It would be great if someone actually stayed at the front desk during the office hours, or at least showed up at the times they say they will. It’s really hard to tell when the receptionist is going to be there, even though it says they’ll be in for a specific two hour window. Most of the time they’re at the desk at random times, not at the assigned ones.”
