“I wish the hallway doors shut a bit more quietly. I’m right by the entrance, and the banging when the door is left closing happens a lot, day and night. Thank you!”

“They really need to step up how often maintenance is done and how fast it gets completed. Also, apartment repairs are taking a bit too long.”

“Definitely, the fire safety testing. I don’t think the way it’s being done is reasonable. Sometimes it starts around 10 to 11 at night, and residents weren’t told ahead of time, which was really confusing. We should be notified about this properly. Most of us assumed it was the same as the fire alarm testing that happens every Wednesday afternoon, so we didn’t think we needed to go outside. And even if people do come out, once they realize it’s just practice, they probably won’t take it seriously the next time because they’ll figure it’s not important. This will definitely lead to people not responding to the real fire alarm, and that’s a serious issue that shouldn’t be overlooked.”

“I’d like the flat to be inspected and any work finished right after the previous tenant moves out, so the next tenant doesn’t have to deal with repairs.”
