“The painting looks better, and the rooms feel more put together too. My room is kind of yellow for some reason, so that’s why I noticed it.”

“Before I moved in, it really needed a deeper clean, and even now I’m still stuck dealing with an odor the last tenant left behind.”

“Getting all the radiators working again. They also offer routine drain cleaning. I’d like them to cut down on the wait time when you need a fix. The water pressure and volume should really be taken seriously. There should be more security for the bike racks, or better yet, a spot where students can keep their bikes inside. Also, the beds need to be more comfortable.”
