“To get a sofa that isn’t broken.”
“The heating works, but it doesn’t really do much to change the room’s temperature.”
“The communal area is starting to feel a bit old-fashioned. I really like having a sofa area, but the space is quite small. Once all six of us are in there, the kitchen and living area feel cramped, so we usually don't all sit together in one place because it just feels too tight.”
“The apartment feels bigger, with a larger kitchen and more space overall. The heating works really well, and the sound insulation is noticeably better. The lifts are also in good working order. I’m on the top floor, so that’s been a nice bonus too.”
