“Really good overall. The staff were kind and genuinely helpful, and the place itself is comfortable and conveniently located.”

“The rooms are a little cramped and, honestly, for what you pay they’re not anything special. That said, the location and a few other things really make up for it. I’d also consider adding some study rooms or extra spaces beyond just the reception area with the TV and games.”

“As for the bathroom, it’s really spacious, and the shower water temperature is honestly great. The hallways are kept clean all the time because we flatmates stick to a rota, so the kitchen and the surrounding areas stay tidy. There’s usually also a cleaner on hand who can mop if it’s needed. The common area is super lively too. There’s a pool table, a TV with entertainment services, and table tennis, which is genuinely so much fun. The team also puts on social events like free waffle day, coffee and breakfast, and tote bag painting, and those are always amazing.”

“I found it way easier to study in the building areas since studying in my room is just more difficult.”

“The heating usually doesn’t work that well and it shuts off on its own. The windows are single pane too, so you can hear the outside world really clearly, and it ends up being pretty distracting. On top of that, air also sneaks in through those windows.”

“The problem is the lifts. They’re supposed to have two working ones, but most of the time neither has been working. Now only one is running while the second one is getting repaired, and it’s making things really difficult, especially since the shops are on the top floor.”
