“Honestly, not much to complain about. I only noticed a couple of personal nitpicks, but they’re so minor it doesn’t really feel worth mentioning.”

“The place is really nice, and the location is pretty convenient for getting into the city centre and around to the different universities. The room has enough space for someone to live comfortably on their own, and the private bathroom is a big plus. The bed is also great, especially for taller students. The staff are really friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever you need help, whether it is about issues with the accommodation or even personal problems, they are very helpful and supportive.”

“We’re paying a lot, and we had a broken oven for the first month we were here. The one hob wouldn’t work either, so it had to be replaced, and then the other one needed replacing too. On top of that, the fuse kept causing problems and would keep tripping while the oven was on.”
