“Honestly, the place is really good. It feels secure, and the staff are genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. If you need clarification, they are there, and they always show up on time and are ready to assist. They even help you sort out your deliveries, which is a big relief. And if you have any problem and you explain it to them, they usually respond quickly, make sure you’re comfortable, and check in to see if everything is okay. That’s probably the main thing I like about it. Overall, the accommodation is very good, and I’d say it’s consistently great.”

“I’d say it would be better if we all stayed more friendly and made sure we communicate with others not to take anyone else’s belongings or food. There are also times when we should avoid making noise, so talking about it ahead of time helps a lot. Plus, giving people cleaning duties and having a hoover in every room would really make it easier to keep everything thoroughly clean.”
