“I’d make a lot of changes. The rooms just aren’t great, there’s a ton of grime, odd stains everywhere, and things that are clearly broken. Also, the WiFi situation is poor. Since it’s in the city centre, there’s really no excuse for not having WiFi for days, especially with no communication about why, right up until days in.”
