I understand it is a small team, but it would really help to have someone else on reception when the other person is on break or at lunch. As another option, a sign showing when they are taking a break and when they are expected to return would be really helpful, so we know when we can reach them.”

“The team has often been bad at explaining things clearly, like a cashback promotion, where we only learned the amount had been reduced after we got it. Also, they don’t reply to certain emails, which is pretty frustrating and not fair.”
