“There’s a pretty low chance of a fire alarm situation happening.”
“The fire alarm system is really sensitive. The staff could definitely be more welcoming and supportive with all nationalities. There should be a test on how long tenants take to leave the building after a false alarm. I was with a client providing therapy at the time, and it felt like other people might still have been in the middle of their routines, like taking a bath. Also, don’t go into someone’s room without permission. They told us the dates they planned to come in, but they showed up on a completely unexpected day.”
