“I think the heating system could be better. Since it’s pretty old, it makes noise, and it gets especially loud when the temperature is turned up. That’s really distracting. It would probably be best to replace it with newer heating.”

“They add elevators every three or four sections of the court, so people on the top floors end up having to struggle getting around or getting out, or they have to haul whatever they’re carrying up the stairs.”
