“The noise reduction is better, and there are more washing machines too.”
“Please get the repairs done within a week, not after 5 weeks and 4 separate repair requests. Also, I really think you should try to put yourself in the students’ shoes. For instance, the university decided it was a good idea to install automatic fire shutters on the doors, but now they slam constantly from 8am to 3am. It makes it really hard to study and even harder to get any sleep.”
