“As far as I can tell, every place in this area is run by Unipol. It would be great if the neighborhood could be cleaned up too, like giving the streets a quick sweep with a broom, before the tenants move in.”

“The black mould is definitely there. And the little gaps and holes in the corners too, because that’s exactly where the spiders are getting in from. The mould and everything else just makes it even worse. Honestly, the basement is a total horror show. It hasn’t been updated or fixed at all. There are also other people’s things stored down there, and I keep getting asked, “Is it yours?” It’s not mine. On top of that, the Wi-Fi box is down there, and I never went to get it or set anything up. They gave me the Wi-Fi code themselves, but it’s completely crawling with spiders. When my dad went down there, spider webs literally stuck all over him. So what’s the point of having that room accessible to us if it’s in that kind of condition, especially when I’m paying £900 a month in rent?”
