“cleaning and laundry included for free”
“The main thing I want to see improved is the pricing. It feels like the cost should be more in line with what you get, and the way the terms are set up right now is not working correctly, so that needs to be fixed. Also, the accommodation is on the third floor, which makes it really difficult for us to manage and get things set up.”
“I think the place should have more exercise equipment in the gym to really support a good and healthy lifestyle for everyone staying there.”
“Temperature control systems. Once the outdoor temperature goes past 22, the room gets way too hot. I asked the manager and the handyman, and they both said there was no way to bring it down.”
“The staff here are honestly the best. I have absolutely no complaints about them, they’re amazing. But the other residents in this place are a different story. When they do their laundry, the washing machine and dryer are always really dirty, and they leave hair all over them. They also keep setting off the fire alarm multiple times.”
