“I really liked having more room to study and also meet up with the other students.”

“Honestly, so far I feel like I like everything here. I don’t really see a reason to change anything. I mean, I’ve only been here about four or five months, but I’m really enjoying it. Everyone’s been great, so there’s nothing I’d want to adjust.”

“Honestly, the only thing I’d change is being able to get parcels on the weekend. Right now you can only receive them when someone’s staffed, and that’s still a big help. The downside is if something arrives on Saturday or Sunday, or even late on Friday, you can’t collect it until the following Monday. If I had to choose one improvement, it would be that.”

“We switched to a different laundry service because the machines just aren’t working properly. It would also be great if they could deliver and pick up parcels on weekends. Unfortunately, there are quite a few issues with them.”
