“Sorry, I have to speak quietly. It’s a converted building, so it’s pretty old. We’ve had a small mold issue, but the team has come by and sorted out a few things. In my opinion, it’s more to do with the way the place was converted. The original house was built with stone, so it wasn’t insulated properly. Still, despite that, it’s really nice.”

“We had to completely redo the kitchen and living room area because the kitchen is way too cramped.”

“The carpets look pretty grim, and the bathroom boiler has a flue pipe sticking out of the top, which blocks the window from opening properly. Because of that, the room stays damp.”
