“I’m in my first year, but I’m sharing a place with all final year exchange students. I do like that they seem more mature and know how to look after themselves, and the place stays pretty clean. Still, it would’ve been better to have at least one other fresher in the flat.”

“The bathroom is really clean, the kitchen is also spotless, and the rooms overall feel high quality. The bedroom in particular is furnished nicely and, in most respects, it’s excellent.”

“The bedrooms have much better soundproofing. Also, the temperature control needs work since the rooms get really hot when the radiator is on, even if it’s just been switched on at the wall.”

“A bunch of stuff around the place is broken, and even after I submitted maintenance requests, nothing ever got repaired. In situations like that, it’s really hard to figure out who you’re supposed to contact for help.”

“When something breaks, repairs come faster, which is a plus. But the laundry setup with Circuit is honestly pretty rough overall. It’s pricey, it’s not very dependable, and the laundry room is outside both of our buildings in the bike shed.”
