“It’s been better with communication and getting help when I actually need it. Also, the rooms should be cleaned between each student. Every time I’ve come back, I’ve been greeted by a room that was messy and not properly cleaned.”

“I do think there’s one thing they could improve. Once everyone, including you and your other flatmates, is definitely sorted into the same place, they should let you connect with each other through social media or the Loomis app. That way you can all chat before moving in. I think it would be a really nice experience to get to know your flatmates ahead of time, or even on arrival, so you avoid those awkward surprise visits we sometimes end up with.”
