“For me, 12 people feels like way too many. Plus there’s a lot of unused room where you could put cupboards, and that would make the kitchen so much more useful.”
“Much better upkeep and looking after the flat before new tenants move in. Since I moved in, there have been loads of issues. The bed is broken, the kettles do not work, there are leaks from the bathrooms into the kitchen, the front door will not work, and even the lights are not working.”
“Quiet, soundproofed rooms and walls. Lockable cabinets with keys. Fridge spots and cabinet spaces are already assigned.”

“I think we should install a camera or CCTV in the shared kitchen so nothing else gets stolen. Of course, we should also put up a clear sign letting everyone know the cameras are recording, just to protect privacy.”
