“If you can check the kitchen cabinets, it would make a huge difference. Right now there aren’t any cabinets in the kitchen or in the rooms, and the walls are pretty dirty. If you could sort that out and get everything cleaned up so it looks neat and presentable, it would go a long way toward making the place feel safer and better overall.”
