“I think you might want to reconsider the self locking doors in the rooms. I’ve left so many times with my key card still inside, then as the door clicked shut I would realize I’d forgotten it. After that, I couldn’t get back in, so I had to either go down to reception or call security if it was outside office hours. I get that the card system is safer, and I genuinely do appreciate it, but it might be better to put the card access on the main flat door rather than on the individual rooms.”

“لازم الموظفين يرحبون بضيوف السكان بدل ما يضايقوهم. بعدين منطقة الألعاب المفروض تكون منظمة، وفيه محاسبة على كل شيء. للأسف اللي يصير فوضى وتكسير، وحتى لعبة البلياردو ما فيها احترام أو التزام.”
