“Cleanliness and overall quality were disappointing. The heated towel rack in the bathroom didn’t work, the toilet kept leaking, and in the kitchen there were no bins, no vacuum cleaner, and no microwave, even though that was advertised with the show flat. On top of that, the place clearly wasn’t cleaned before we moved in, because it was dusty and covered in cobwebs.”

“Having access to cleaning tools was such a relief, especially the hoover. I don't have the money to buy one myself, and my floors were in really bad shape.”
