“The WiFi connection on the TVs is really slow.”

“Honestly, I’m not sure how much the place can really be improved. The location is brilliant, and day to day there have never been any problems with cleanliness or getting things fixed. I’ve personally never had an issue like that, so I don’t think there’s much to change there. The only thing I can think of is recycling. That could be better. I don’t really think it’s down to the staff as much, more the students themselves, like their attitudes and how well they’re told what to do. The bin area is a lot better now that they’ve added netting, because before, there were times when things ended up outside the bin area. But I think that’s more to do with being in a city than anything to do with cleanliness, since the bins are emptied quite regularly.”

“They cleaned it much more thoroughly before we moved in.”

“I’ve been doing the evening room setup and changing the beds, mainly because they have a few buttons that end up hurting my back 😅 Also, the laundry machines have some dirt caught between the rubber seal and the machine, so they really need to be cleaned regularly.”

“The heaters should be simpler to operate, and the windows really ought to be wider. A bed set can also be arranged.”
