“I think the rent should be lower since this is for students, not for anything high-profit. Where you live can really affect your school grades. Also, it would help to have a good variety of simple, healthy meals at a low cost. The fridge and freezer need more storage space too. Right now, you end up having to go back and forth to buy food again and again because there is not enough room to store it.”
