“The kitchen spaces are small and more private.”

“Make sure the rooms are soundproof, so you are not constantly hearing doors open and shut. It gets pretty distracting. A larger bed would be nice, but it’s not really a must.”

Also, please make sure the shower drainage is working properly before anyone moves in. We had a lot of trouble with it not draining, and it turned out to be a fault with the water cap.”
