> The biggest area that needs improving is the laundry setup. A lot of residents have complained again and again, mainly about issues like the machines being dirty, which then means your clothes come out of the wash damaged. I also don’t think there are enough laundry facilities for the size of the accommodation, so I’m often struggling to find a machine that isn’t already being used. On top of that, when problems are reported, the laundry staff have frequently been unhelpful, and they don’t sort things out in a timely way or to a good standard.

> I think the bathrooms need an upgrade. They’re all pretty damp, and for the price you pay for the accommodation, that really should be sorted out.
