“Please fix the washing machines.”

“The biggest area that needs improving is the laundry setup. A lot of residents have complained again and again, mainly about issues like the machines being dirty, which then means your clothes come out of the wash damaged. I also don’t think there are enough laundry facilities for the size of the accommodation, so I’m often struggling to find a machine that isn’t already being used. On top of that, when problems are reported, the laundry staff have frequently been unhelpful, and they don’t sort things out in a timely way or to a good standard.”

“Parking for cars and motorbikes is available.”

“I think the bathrooms need an upgrade. They’re all pretty damp, and for the price you pay for the accommodation, that really should be sorted out.”
