“If I had to change anything about the place, it would be better control over who gets the keys for the shared spaces, like the cinema and karaoke rooms, plus the gaming room. I’d also want someone to make sure the previous person actually returns the keys before handing them out again. On top of that, I’d like to see more attention to the basics, like the electronics and the gym machines, the hot water, and the Wi-Fi. A lot of days these things end up not working, and when people report it, they sometimes do not get checked for another four hours or so.”
