“The cleaning, especially the state of the room when the tenancy first started, really needs addressing. It feels only fair to have the place deep cleaned before anyone moves in, so you are not left having to do it yourself. I ended up spending more than 5 hours deep cleaning my room. I had a clogged drain, an extra dirty and sticky floor, and a mattress that was full of hair. I was honestly really disappointed, and I think this should not be happening going forward.”

“I think the decor is really pretty, especially in the rooms and flats. That said, the neutral colors make the whole place feel a little bland.”
