“There isn’t much room on the desk at all, so space can feel pretty tight. Also, the fire alarm is so quiet you can’t really hear it if the TV is on. And it only goes off in the main building corridor, so it actually needs to be linked up to the flat’s own alarms too. On top of that, there are no indoor communal areas for us here, even though the place is run by the Trigon staff, and the Trigon accommodation does have indoor communal space. I just assumed we’d get the same access as the Trigon students.”

“In the living room, I’d love a larger TV, and the staff were generally friendly, though not everyone was.”

“Management. They’re not very approachable, they brush off the smaller tasks like swapping out a lightbulb, and it’s pretty clear they don’t communicate with their employees.”
