“We had a flood, so overall it was not great. It was really unfortunate, and it just didn’t feel like it was handled very well. Everything seemed really disorganized, and we only got the details at the last minute about where we’d be staying. When I moved in, my room was already damaged when I arrived. On top of that, the only staff member on site was a night security guard, and it was his first day. He didn’t seem to know what to do at all. So honestly, it started off badly right from the beginning. It definitely could have been better, but I guess you can’t plan for everything.”

“I’d really like the place to be better stocked. Like, every flat should have a Hoover, and we need an iron too, because we’ve got an ironing board but no iron. There’s also no mop, no toaster, and no kettle. I’d definitely add all of those things to the kitchen.”

“I’m hoping the apartment can be cleaned regularly.”

“Each studio should include its own washer and dryer, just like the Canada student studio. (The price was the same too.)”

“It’s a bigger fridge and there are more kitchen facilities.”

“I had a really positive experience overall. The place was clean and looked after, and the staff were always on hand and genuinely helpful. The only downside is that it could be closer to more bus routes that go to my university campus, especially the faster options. Unfortunately, there was a water leak on site, but the team dealt with it the right way and handled the move out of the accommodation smoothly. All in all, I felt comfortable there and I would be happy to recommend it to others in the future. It was a great experience living there.”
