“Having a shared lounge area.”

“I really wish I had more control over the heating and the temperature settings. Right now, my shower is always stuck on boiling hot, and I can’t change it at all. I prefer to shower at night, but that’s when it’s the worst. There’s also no way to adjust the temperature because it locks after a certain amount of time. It would be nice if there were an ice machine in the lobby or the dining area too. As Americans, we’re used to having colder water, and the lukewarm water is honestly making it hard for me to drink enough.”
