“The bedroom is so tiny it barely meets the legal size requirements. If I leave the window shut, there is not enough airflow and the CO2 levels climb to unsafe amounts. But if I open the window, the room gets freezing cold. Honestly, it feels like there is no winning here.”

“I was expecting there to be a committee in place to set up events and help bring the community together, but I honestly haven’t heard anything about it.”

“When we arrived, it honestly didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well. The bathroom had a lot of mildew, and the kitchen had a few problems too. If I could change anything, I’d want it to be cleaner overall. Some areas also feel a bit cramped, and the appliances and other items look pretty old. I just think a general refresh would make a big difference.”

“I’d really like it if each flat had its own washing machine. I’d definitely stay if I knew exactly who I’d be sharing the washer with. At the very least, it would help if the laundry room was cleaned weekly, because the washing machine is always really dirty whenever I try to use it.”

“The place could definitely use some upgrades. The shower is the biggest issue since it feels old, it was put together poorly, and it seems to create mold.”
