“The lift has been out of service for about 5 or 6 weeks. Could you get it fixed, and it would be great if the price was a little lower too.”

“I’d really like a bit more room to eat, like a proper table or even a bigger bar area. Right now I mostly end up eating at my desk because it’s just easier with my laptop. It would also have been helpful to get clearer instructions about what to expect when coming to Ayton, especially with everything going on around COVID. The staff did their best and helped me with my groceries, deliveries, and packages all day and night. Still, it would have been great to have the do’s and don’ts ahead of time, maybe in a PDF or something similar.”

“The kitchen is a lot more spacious and it has newer equipment, which I really appreciated. It would be even better if the building had more filtered water dispensers too.”
