“I’m paying the most money for the studio option, and it has really nice, brand new facilities. The problem is that it doesn’t include a TV, which I knew about before I arrived. I assumed that was the rule for the whole building, but I was surprised to find that every other accommodation option in my building does have a TV. So why do I need to set one up myself and pay extra, when the other students living in shared flats are paying way less and didn’t have to deal with the same policy?”

“We’ve been having an issue where the fire alarms keep going off about three to four times each week.”

“There’s only street parking available, and I would really rather have private parking inside the apartment complex.”

“For me, I’d really prefer a more apartment-style place. It would be great if I could leave the doors open and not have to use a key just to get to the kitchen. Honestly, it’s a bit too expensive to live here.”
