“You need to get the basics right, like in the comments I mentioned before. Also, there just aren’t enough washing machines and dryers for how many people live in the building.”

“Lower the rent. Make it match the room’s size and condition, not the floor it’s on. I got a very small “premium studio” on the second floor and they charged premium prices, but the standard studios on the ground and first floors were larger and nicer, yet their rent was lower. That’s just not right.”
