“I’m writing to prompt maintenance and request a few things that still haven’t been sorted. The roof is leaking and it hasn’t been dealt with. The room also needs painting, it’s been overdue since last September. Plus, the intercom needs repairing because I’ve missed a lot of deliveries because of it.”
