> I understand the fire alarm system is there for safety, but sometimes it goes off even if there is just a tiny bit of warm steam, even though the extraction fans are always running when we cook. It genuinely scares me every time it happens, and honestly, it’s not like we can control that. You can’t expect there to be no hot vapour when you’re cooking, so it feels like we’re set up to lose either way.
