> The main thing I’d want to improve about where I’m living is the recycling. It honestly annoys me a bit, but I also know we can only do so much and work with what we’re given. Other than that, it’s been pretty good. Thankfully it’s not too loud, and everything we need is nearby. We’re not far from the city centre either. So yeah, if I could change anything, it would be the recycling setup.

> The curtains look absolutely hideous, and I really can’t stand them. I did see a rat on the street not too long ago, but I guess that’s just part of life in Leeds, so I’m not blaming Unipol for it. That’s basically my only real issue though, and the rest is fine and pretty manageable.

> The cooker in my kitchen could definitely be better. I did get a replacement pretty quickly, but it didn’t help. Nothing seems to fix it, and it takes at least two hours just to get up to temperature, whether I’m using the gas oven or anything else. Also, it takes way longer to cook than what the box says, like triple the time.

> If I could change one thing, it would be the quality of the mattresses in the bedrooms. When I first moved in, they were really, really uncomfortable. Because of that, I’ve ended up buying several different mattress protectors and spending a bit of money to make them more bearable. I just think the springs must be from a pretty old mattress, since they’ve worn down so much. So honestly, it would be great if they updated the mattresses.
