> The lifts are always breaking, and it can be really frustrating sometimes, especially when you’re trying to get to the top floor. I also feel like that roof space is being wasted because there’s so much room up there that isn’t being used. Maybe turning it into a proper seating area with some shelter and a few extras could really help create a stronger sense of community in the building.
