> I’d make it a point that students follow the rules, like keeping music off at night and not smoking anywhere inside the building.

> The building’s maintenance really needs work. For weeks, the front door was broken, so anyone could just walk in. Then one morning, a homeless man was inside, moving around the floors, and it was genuinely scary for the residents here. It all seemed to happen because the front door stopped locking properly.
