> Brook Hall has honestly felt like a comforting home away from home for me. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, and they always help when you ask. Everyone seems really friendly. The surrounding area is also nice, though I do think traveling in and out can push up the cost of living.

> The rooms are a good size and the decor looks really well done. There are plenty of shops close by too, with a Lidl just a short walk away and Tesco a bit further up the road. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience here, and I would recommend this accommodation. That said, I still think the prices could be a bit lower.

> I really enjoyed staying here. The deal you get for having an en-suite and your own bedroom is excellent, and the wifi is super fast, which makes it great for both work and gaming. On top of that, all the bills are included, so it feels even better. The parcel and post service is also really straightforward. You get an email when your delivery arrives, and you can pick it up at whatever time suits you. The only downside is that the city centre is a bit of a trek on foot, but there’s a bus stop right outside the place and it takes you straight into the city.
