> The staff were super friendly and really helpful when I moved in. That said, the room was pretty filthy, and it was obvious the previous tenant had been smoking. The amenities are decent and everything is right at your doorstep. Prices and laundry costs are pretty high though.

> I stayed in the halls of residence in my first year, and we had a kitchen cleaner come in once a week. I honestly think it would help if there was a kitchen cleaner at least around the time of the monthly kitchen inspections. It feels pointless trying to get my flatmates to clean the shared kitchen when they never actually do, and it is not fair that I end up clearing up after them.
