> The management team needs to completely change how they communicate. There are so many problems across different apartments. For example, some window frames are broken and that has led to water leaking, the window glass is also broken, the refrigerator is damaged, and there is even heating damage. There’s no night caretaker either. What really bothers me is that they don’t seem willing to fix anything or even follow up on the issues, yet they still list those rooms for sale. To me that feels like fraud and misleading advertising.
