> My time in the managed property has been really good overall. I’ve gotten along well with my flatmates, and we end up hosting quite a few get togethers for friends. The bedrooms are spacious, and we also have a lovely backyard where flowers come out in spring. We did run into some problems with black mould, and it has been a bit difficult to get real support to tackle it, but once the weather warmed up, it hasn’t been as much of an issue. All in all, it’s been a positive experience, and we’re planning to renew our lease.

> I feel like the place could use a little updating, but it honestly doesn’t bother me that much. If I could change one thing, I’d want it to be less drafty, so when we turn the heat on, it actually holds onto the warmth.

> It really can’t be fixed, but I can hear the people upstairs really clearly and very loudly. Since it’s a short-term rental, there are suitcases being rolled around quite often too, which unfortunately makes everything much louder than it should be.
