> The rooms are a little cramped and, honestly, for what you pay they’re not anything special. That said, the location and a few other things really make up for it. I’d also consider adding some study rooms or extra spaces beyond just the reception area with the TV and games.

> As for the bathroom, it’s really spacious, and the shower water temperature is honestly great. The hallways are kept clean all the time because we flatmates stick to a rota, so the kitchen and the surrounding areas stay tidy. There’s usually also a cleaner on hand who can mop if it’s needed.

> The common area is super lively too. There’s a pool table, a TV with entertainment services, and table tennis, which is genuinely so much fun. The team also puts on social events like free waffle day, coffee and breakfast, and tote bag painting, and those are always amazing.
